Every corner of the Rosewood Residence reflects minimalist sophistication. The interiors balance openness with purpose: a modular U-shaped kitchen opens to the living space, while full-height windows invite light deep into the home. The master suite, balcony extensions, and internal zones follow strict Vastu logic, ensuring flow and wellness.
We used RCC with FE 550 grade steel for structural strength and stability. The façade features textured tiles and tempered safety glass, while interiors are dressed in oakwood flooring and marble counters. Every selection — from wall finishes to cabinet detailing — contributes to the home’s warm, modern character.
